what is this?
pasteup.party is a digital collage tool that pulls magazine spreads from the Internet Archive. Pick a magazine, flip through it, clip out the parts you want, arrange them on the page.
Magazines are user-curated — they're the favorites of one IA user, intersected with the magazine_rack collection. The selection shifts over time as that user's favorites change.

✂ cut — click the scissors on a selected piece, then draw a line across to slice or a closed loop to cut out a shape
↺ restores a cut piece back to the full original image

drag empty space to pan around the canvas and margins
the page stays a fixed size — clippings live in the margins on either side
m toggle the magazine rack drawer · 🎲 in the rack reshuffles, excluding magazines you've already opened
